Cloudy Rainbow

I made this look with 2 of my favourite brands: Sugarpill and MakeUp Geek. I also adore my Sleek makeup palettes so they bascially share a top 3 together.

My initial idea was to stay with the orange, pink and plummy colours from my MakeUp Geek pigments but then I added some colours from my Sugarpill Heartbreaker palette and well… that’s when things became rainbow…ish.
The MakeUp Geek pigments are Afterglow, Enchanted and a bit of New Years Eve.

I really like the combination of colours I used under the eye: Sugarpill Olivia, Mochi and Velocity. It’s not a load of colour but it’s enough to stand out. And I used Sugarpill’s Asteria on the moving lid and Poison Plum and 2AM in the crease and Diamond Eyes under the brow.

This time I didn’t use any eyeliner, I used black eyeshadow at the lashline and I really like that effect. It’s a lot more smokey. 🙂

I didn’t use a lot of colour on the lips, figured I’d keep those light for a change. I like dark lips and dark eyes but I can make the whole look a bit “much”, don’t you think?

I really loved working with so many colours again. What do you think, do you like this look? With what lip colour would you have paired it?

Changing Of The Seasons

Autumn has technically passed a while ago but I still love those colours. I made this look with the colours of early autumn in mind. That time when you just notice the leaves goig yellow and golden but they haven’t fallen off just yet. I like that time of year because it’s usually still a warmer temperature but you can feel the cold starting to creep in.

I made this look with some of my Sugarpill pigments and pressed eyeshadows: Goldilux, Olivia, Subterranean and Diamond Eyes.
Hope you like it!

A have a soft spot for Sugarpill Goldilux because no matter what you pair it with, it always glows like a ray of sunshine. 🙂

Honestly, the only thing I really don’t like about this look is the sloppy brows. I just didn’t pay attention to them after I added my highlighter and now it’s sparkling up my brows. Oh well, sparkly brows are fun too. 🙂

Changing Of The Season6

I just did one eye and I didn’t like the pictures where I looked up or in the camera so there’s just one fullface picture. But those pictures are usually just to give you an idea of how it looked from a distance so this gives a pretty good picture of that, right?

I liked doing this look but I notice I’ve kinda lost the autumn mood, probably like I said: because it’s no longer autumn, haha.

Turquoise lashes

I was having some fun with a new mascara from Essence. It’s an awesome colour and I figured I could pair it with blue eyeshadow to make the colour pop. Well… that didn’t turn out the way I wanted it! The mascara is well “pigmented”, if you can call mascara’s pigmented, but the colours from Sugarpill are just way too strong, haha!

So the colour of the mascara really doesn’t pop anymore but you can still see it, right?

I still love the shine in Magpie, when the light hit’s it. It’s so beautiful!

I did a double eyeliner to make it a bit more fun. It’s still not my favourite look but it was nice to experiment with this coloured mascara.

What do you guys think? Do you ever use coloured mascara’s like this? I personally don’t, I always use a black one but a little pop of colour is a nice change. What colours would you pair this mascara with? Any ideas I should try with it?

Beginning of Autumn

I made this look with this picture as an “example”. Red, orange and golden and I also added glitter. These arent actually leaves on trees but the picture really captures the colours so beautifully. Love it!

Autumn trees and sky

I think the colours I used are a bit more pinkish red but other than that the look I made has all these colours in it.
I also added glitter because, well because glitter is fun. 😉 But also because I have this one Gosh glitter that always reminds me of autumn because of it’s colours.

See? Glitters! They shift colour between gold and red to green. This glitterliner is almost finished and I know I’ll be so sad when I finally have to toss it away because it’s empty. 😦

I used differens Sugarpill colours again: Goldilux, Asteria, @#$%! and Love+. I also used a little bit Moors Treasure from my Sleek Mediterranean palette to make the red in the crease a little darker.

Autumn Forest

I already uploaded these pictures to my Facebook page but I figured I’d keep all the Autumn series looks together on my blog. So here’s a little blogpost about it. I started the idea for this series with this picture and it needed a look to go along with it, right?

Autumn Forest picture

So I made a look with gold, orange, a brownish red and green. The colours in my look are not nearly as vibrant as the picture but I still like them.

I used Sugarpill’s Goldilux, Asteria, Midori and Olivia on the bottom lashline. And a tiny bit of Diamond Eyes below the brow.
The dark brown/red and green are from some of my Sleek palettes.

I didn’t do any fullface pictures because I only made up one eye and I was basically too lazy to do half-face pictures, hihi. Sorry!
I hope you guys like this addition to the All About Autumn series. There is another update coming but I still need to work on cropping those pictures and I started work again after my vacation so my spare time is limited so it might take me a few days.

I don’t have lots to tell but a lot has been going on in my life but that’s mainly preggo talk and I’m not sure if anybody is waiting on updates about that. I actually doubt it but if I’m mistaken: let me know. 🙂

And let me know what you think of this look, do you like it? What’s your favourite part about autumn? Please let me know in the comments!
