Rockchick From A Galaxy Far Away
This look looks pretty easy and in fact I started over 2 times to get it right. I had something completely different in mind when I begun… again.
I wanted to use my new glitterliner from MakeUp Store called Kayo and I thought it would look nice with Sugarpill Stella because that pigment is black with awesome glitters.

Sparkling falsies
I know my blog has been a bit quiet lately. I’m not feeling great, stress at work and stuff like that. So I might have some more gaps in updating but please just follow my Facebook page or Bloglovin so you can always see new updates.
My skin has been calming down a lot lately and I thought it was about time I cracked open the sparkles again.
So I got some of my favourite Sugarpill eyeshadows and workd out a look I’ve had in mind for some time. It was inspired by *this look* from Gina the Makeup Artist. But I used different colours and lots of sparkles.
I needed a good glitterfix after all those weeks of barely using any glitter at all.

The magpie and the cobra
Woohoo, it’s december 5th!! That might not mean anything to you but in the Netherlands it’s a holiday called Sinterklaas. It’s mostly a kids holiday but a lot of families celebrate it, wether they still believe in Sinterklaas or not. Anything for a party, right?
I still had some blogposts almost ready and I really wanted to get this one online fast because it’s with one of the glitterliners from the Breaking Dawn part 2 collection and… well I really like it. I hope you do to!
This is how my thought process went for this look, or actually a lot of times when I’m working on a makeup look:
“Hmm, let’s do something simple. Don’t feel like doing a complicated look”
“So many pretty colours to choose from, yeah baby.”
“Maybe I could do something more fun with the shape.”
“Shape looks nice but it all looks boring, how can I spice this up?”
“How about a nice extended winged liner”
“Starting to like it”
“Oh I see what I’m missing, NEEDS SPARKLES!!”
“Yeah, me likey”
“MORE SPARKLES!!!!”
“Oh I like that one too, use ALL the glitter!!!!!”
“I look like a discoball”
“Woohoo!”
That about sums it up…

Vintage luminescence
The day I made this look I was going to meet my best friend and her love. We plan a day every once in while because we live far apart. So when we meet I always pay a little lore attention to what I wear, what my makeup is like and all that. This day I wore all black with some green/teal accents because I wore the earrings she once bought me.
I actually turned out a bit more mint then I had planned, but I thought it still looked blog-worthy.

Playing on Josi’s burnt grass
I was browsing Josi’s blog and I saw she did a new version of her Burning Grass look. I already liked that look a lot the first time she did it and I still think the combination of green and prange is just so beautiful. So I did a look inspired by her look, hence the title. I don’t have that many orange eyeshadows but the Sleek Circus palette turned out to be of great help. And we both used the Green Brown pigments from MAC, gotta love that pigment.
